1. Honesty & Authenticity

Candidates must provide truthful and accurate information. Falsified resumes, fake credentials, or misrepresentation will result in immediate deactivation and possible blacklisting from the platform.

2. Respect & Confidentiality

Both candidates and partners must respect the confidentiality of all shared data. Personal or corporate information obtained through Vsys.com may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside legitimate hiring and training activities.

3. Equality & Non-Discrimination

Vsys.com uphold diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity principles. No candidate or partner shall face discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, disability, or belief.

4. Professional Conduct

All communication within the platform — emails, chats, and feedback — must be courteous, constructive, and professional. Harassment, spam, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

5. Partner Responsibilities

Employers and hiring leaders using the platform must ensure fair evaluation, transparent hiring processes, and respect for every candidate’s privacy. Misleading job postings or data misuse will result in termination of partnership privileges.

6. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must use the platform responsibly — apply only for relevant roles, maintain up-to-date profiles, and engage respectfully with recruiters. Sharing personal data outside the platform’s secure environment is discouraged.

7. Shared Accountability

Vsys.com fosters a culture of shared responsibility. Both candidates and partners are expected to promptly report unethical activity, data breaches, or misuse to the VSYS compliance team.

8. Enforcement & Action

VSYS reserves the right to suspend or remove users violating this Code. Severe cases may lead to legal action under applicable data protection and cyber-ethics laws.
