Candidates must refrain from sharing sensitive personal identifiers (such as financial details or government IDs) unless requested through secure channels.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates are expected to provide genuine information about their qualifications and work history. Once registered, candidates may update their profiles, manage their data, and track applications through their dashboard. Misuse, impersonation, or sharing of login credentials is prohibited.

5. Partner Responsibilities

Partners using the platform must engage in ethical hiring practices. They agree not to use candidate data for purposes other than evaluation, nor to share or store it externally without explicit consent.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, systems, designs, and materials on Vsys.com remain the intellectual property of VSYS. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited. Images or videos may have been outsourced, reproduced in-house, or downloaded through legal content sites on a subscription basis.
